As the Plant Production Leader, you will oversee the Plant maintenance, operations, and engineering for the chemical plant site. You will ensure that production aligns with safety, quality, cost, and environmental standards. This role involves managing daily operations, implementing procedures, and maintaining inventory levels.
Qualifications:
–BS Engineering degree with 3+ years of production/ maintenance supervisory experience in chemical manufacturing.
–Strong safety commitment and results-oriented mindset.
–Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
–Demonstrated continuous improvement and accountability.
–Familiarity with Microsoft Office software is a plus.
–Must provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
Responsibilities:
–Develop and implement production procedures in line with safety and quality standards.
–Manage daily production operations and assist in goal achievement.
–Monitor raw material and product inventory levels.
–Prepare administrative reports and perform personnel administration functions.
–Coordinate with Production and Quality Coordinator for quality control.
–Oversee the plant’s safety program and budget.
–Provide considerable supervision for Maintenance and Operations Employees.
