Genie Matthews & Associates works primarily on a contingency recruitment basis. There is no cost to clients until you hire a candidate provided by our specialized recruiters. Once the hire is made, our fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary.
Genie Matthews and Associates can also recruit for your company on a retained search basis. These requests are handled on case-by-case basis directly with Genie Matthews after careful consultation with you to fully understand your company culture, your hiring requirements and your needs.
