As it is the key to every job application, there’s a lot riding on your resume. In many cases it’s the only thing a hiring manager will look at, and even so, not for very long. A career summary is brief introduction that is meant to convey your personal skill set. View it as a place to showcase how you are unique. What combination of skills and experiences makes you an asset? What can you provide that no one else can?
