The Director of Manufacturing Operations – Americas provides strategic and hands-on leadership across multiple production sites within the region. This role is responsible for driving safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing while serving as the senior operational leader at the primary facility.
The position oversees production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and environmental health and safety functions, ensuring consistent standards and performance across all locations. This leader establishes a culture focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and workforce development while collaborating closely with supply chain and commercial teams to meet customer and business objectives.
Qualifications
— Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred
— 10+ years of progressive responsibility in manufacturing or industrial operations
— Prior leadership of multi-site operations and direct facility management
— Demonstrated success managing production, maintenance, engineering, safety, and quality systems
— Experience leading large workforces in complex or regulated environments
— Working knowledge of ERP platforms and manufacturing information systems
— Proven application of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools
— Familiarity with ISO-based quality systems or similar standards
— Prior leadership of multi-site operations and direct facility management
— Demonstrated success managing production, maintenance, engineering, safety, and quality systems
— Experience leading large workforces in complex or regulated environments
— Working knowledge of ERP platforms and manufacturing information systems
— Proven application of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools
