Established Engineering Recruiting Firm seeks qualified Virtual Assistant/ Social Media Specialist to assist CEO and Recruiters with daily recruitment activities, management of ATS (Applicant Tracking System.), and development of social media strategy.
This is a remote home based; part time position 20 +/- hours weekly. Requires accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills as well as the ability to react and work quickly.
Solid knowledge of internet-based tools; email, social media, and understanding of SEO are needed. Current fluency in Word and Excel required. The successful candidate must have good command of the English language, both verbal and written. Specific training will be provided for proprietary software. Salary is commensurate with experience.
