— Identify and implement process improvements based on cost, quality, and/or efficiency criteria.
— Monitor process and product data; provide troubleshooting, corrective action and failure avoidance measures as needed.
— Participate in root cause analysis and provide effective corrective solutions.
— Manage the implementation of change control; ensuring any changes to the process are reviewed and approved to meet safety, quality, and process integrity requirements.
— Support the successful integration and scale-up of new or revised processes into the production environment.
— Collaborate with project engineering on expansion, capital, or improvement projects as needed.
— Support routine Quality talks/briefings with staff to raise Quality awareness (for those with direct reports).
Qualifications:
— Solid experience in troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving process operations/ equipment issues.
