Exciting and unique opportunity to work with an automotive industry leader, as the Manufacturing SAP Specialist and lead for the Customer Owned Tooling (COT) program management. Requires an extensive manufacturing background working within Supply Chain, Data/ Program Management, Purchasing, and Finance. Must have Advanced Computer Skills in ERP systems, Excel, SAP, and Data/ Statistical Analysis.
Responsibilities:
—Create and maintain all systems related to Master Data within SAP including materials, sales, production planning, BOM, etc.
—Ensure data/data links within SAP, are maintained, up to date and accurate while documenting all modifications to master data.
—Lead cross-functional teams in analysis, research, and resolution of change request problems to determine appropriate solutions.
—Develop recurring exception reports/audits and initiate data clean-up opportunities.
—Take ownership and responsibility for governance of new product and/or process master data validity/functionality.
—Manage all aspects of (COT) customer owned tooling (from start of a program to collection of reimbursement).
—Manage internal and supplier tooling through the end of life cycle with customer.
—Establish program financial tracking in ERP system.
—Manage program budgets and project financials in alignment with finance department for budget, outlook, and cash planning.
—Report and manage any deviation from program and project spending through analysis.
—Provide monthly financial updates to the site leadership.
Qualifications:
—Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience managing SAP/ ERP Systems in finance, supply chain, program management, or purchasing within manufacturing plants.
—Requires 2+ years experience in automotive supplier or related manufacturing industries
—Must have advanced computer skills (ERP systems, Microsoft Word and Excel, data analysis, statistical study)
