Great opportunity with a global company and industry leader that is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Manager. Will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive maintenance program and help evaluate and implement appropriate predictive and preventive maintenance technologies. — Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Ideally Mechanical) or equivalent. CMRP certification a plus.

— Experience in managing a maintenance department in a manufacturing environment.

— 6+ years’ experience from chemical, pharmaceutical or food processing or related facilities would be ideal.

— Experience in maintenance reliability, preventative maintenance and root cause failure analysis

— Knowledge of CMMS (ideally SAP system) a plus.

— Supervisory experience required.

— Strong equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

— Knowledge of Manufacturing operations and processes. “Process Industry” experience desired. GMP experience a plus.




— Develop plant maintenance programs to achieve production and quality goals.

— Lead reliability engineering efforts to ensure continuous improvement in production reliability. Identify innovative technological solutions.

— Develop and implement measurement criteria to assess the effectiveness of maintenance programs and cost containment goals. Develop and manage a unit maintenance budget.

— Establish and maintain safe work practices and environmental compliance.

— Utilize SAP and other maintenance systems to help drive continuous improvement in the maintenance program.

— Develop and implement improvements to maintenance management practices.

— Will supervise a Maintenance Planner, Technicians and oversee maintenance contractors working in the unit.

— Assure implementation of best practices throughout the plant.
