Responsibilities:

— Develop and implement Quality methods, procedures, and analysis for inspections, testing and product evaluations.
— Lead teams in structured problem solving efforts to improve both product and processes.
— Resolve internal and external customer complaints to prevent a recurrence.
— Analyze and implement customer requirements into existing systems and processes, and align documentation.
— Resolve Issues, make process improvements and respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding quality issues.
— Perform quality compliance and system effectiveness audits to insure adherence to company policies, procedures and customer requirements.
— Use inspection gages and tools to collect process data.
— Participate in design reviews and development of process FMEA’s                                                                                             
— Train associates in both theory and application of quality tools such as statistics, inspection methods, problem solving, process analysis and improvement.                           
— Respond to customer inquiries concerning product and service.
— Participate in technical discussions with both customers and suppliers.
— Perform internal supply evaluations and track corrective actions driven through seven step process.
— Coordinate PPAP to customers
 
Qualifications:
 
— Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in product quality assurance in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive..
— ASQC Certified Quality Engineer strongly desired.
— Experience in an ISO9000 or ISO/TS 16949 environment required.
— Lean Enterprise experience.
— Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, MS Project, MfgPro, Kronos)
— Able to work in USA without sponsorship, now or in the future
 
 

Salary: $75,000.00 – $105,000.00
