Requirements:

— 4 or more years of experience in corporate training facilitation;
— Training in leadership skills preferred;
— Delivering training solutions to supervisor through director levels;
— Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred;
— Building curriculum through research and development;
— Ability to travel up to 25% of the time in California and Texas.

Job Duties:

— Implementing structured leadership programs across the organization;
— Developing teams and individuals; Managing daily operations of the Learning Center;
— Managing multiple projects;
— Building relationships through articulate communication through all levels and functions;
— Inspiring leadership in people while still showing sensitivity and honesty.

 

Salary: $70,000.00 – $135,000.00
