Be responsible for culturing new probiotics and dairy strains and increasing yield, density, and robustness of the cell. Will scale up from bench to pilot and then to the plant which are all on site.
— PhD, MS or BS in Microbiology, BioChemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related. Phd with academic experience will be acceptable. MS with 3 years Experience or BS with 5 years or more.
— Must have a strong working knowledge of Fermentation.
— Ideally someone experienced from the Food and or Dairy Industry.
— Desired experience with Lyophilization,
— Statistical knowledge of Bio-Informatics.
— Scale-up is also desired.
